Arik, LMT
Our owner and expert massage therapist, Arik, brings a decade of experience drawn from premier retreats and spas, as well as locally owned massage businesses across the county. Arik has a foundation in Swedish, therapeutic and deep tissue massage, and has developed the highest quality approach to pre-natal massage, trigger point release and assisted stretching techniques. Arik developed the NorthStar philosophy of bodywork in which your needs and goals are met with the highest level of respect, comfort and quality.
Mano, LMT
Mano provides an exceptional level of skill and technique perfectly aligned with the NorthStar approach to bodywork. She specializes in Deep Tissue, Lymphatic Drainage, as well as Prenatal massage. Mano is from Okinawa Japan and is an Army Veteran. She was stationed in Fort Sam Houston and fell in love with New Braunfels. Mano is a dedicated athlete, training jiujitsu and lifting daily. Through her experience with many different injuries she has developed a deep interest in the body and methods of recovery. Massage therapy has become a powerful and effective tool for her, inspiring her to help others restore and maintain a high level of physical and mental health.

Selena, LMT
Selena is a New Braunfels native who brings ten years of experience to the spa. She is an expert therapist with a passion for providing therapeutic massage to those who struggle with pain and discomfort on a daily basis. She strongly believes the benefits of massage can impact one's life immensely. Selena specializes in Deep Tissue, Swedish, as well as Prenatal massage, with masterful intuition and consistency in massage therapy techniques that produce the highest quality results in every session.
